Theme: The kings of the Old Covenant are failing; the King of the New Covenant, the Holy One of Israel, shall not fail.

    1. Introduction (1:1) – “The Book of Isaiah”.
      1. The book of Isaiah comes from the days of four kings (1:1c).

    2. The Israel of kings fails under the Old Covenant of the Holy One (1-39).
